David Tollen is the author of the American Bar Association (ABA)'s manual on IT contracts, "The Tech Contracts Handbook," the number-1 bestseller from the ABA's IP Section. He is the founder of Tech Contracts Academy, which provides live and on-demand training on contracts related to software, AI, and the cloud. David also founded Sycamore Legal, P.C., a San Francisco-based firm where he and his team draft and negotiate IT and IP agreements, including those for software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud computing, software licenses, and data-sharing agreements.
